California’s Great America’s Halloween Tricks And Treats Now Open

The family-friendly Halloween event is perfect for guests of all ages.

PALO ALTO, CA — California’s Great America is opening a family friendly Halloween event, Trick and Treats, Friday, Sept. 23.

The all-new immersive event is perfect for guests of all ages who are looking to celebrate the fall season without the intense scares, a news release from California’s Great Adventure said.

The “over-the-top, larger-than-life, gotta-be-there” festive fun includes a trick-or-treat trail, Halloween-themed games and activities, and special live entertainment, along with fall-inspired foods, sweets, and drinks.

Tricks and Treats is open Fridays through Sundays through Oct. 30 at the park at 4701 Great America Parkway in Santa Clara.

Tickets for the event start at $39.99 with discounts available for military and their families and are available for purchase at the gate or online.

Costumes are allowed, but must not hide the identity of the wearer, must be family friendly and may not be obstructive, offensive, objectionable, obscene, or violent.
