Ex-Facebook Exec’s Palo Alto Mansion Fetches $40M: Report

PALO ALTO, CA — Former Facebook executive Owen Van Natta has sold his Palo Alto sprawling Palo Alto mansion for nearly $40 million, The San Jose Mercury News reports.

The 11,000-square-foot home at 369 Churchill Ave. sold for $39.99 million according to the report, which cited Santa Clara County property records filed July 1.

Van Natta paid $9 million for the property in 2011 according to the report.

Van Natta had served as a chief operating officer and chief revenue officer at Facebook, according to the report. Before joining the social media giant, he was an Amazon vice president. He also served in executive roles at MySpace and Zynga.
