Cupertino-based MyYogaTeacher announces a very special online workshop taught by two amazing yoga teachers, Harpinder Mann and Trupti Parikh. All proceeds from this work shop benefit the Center for Reproductive Rights.

The first half of the workshop will be led by Los Angeles-based Harpinder Mann, a yoga, meditation, mindfulness teacher, as well as decolonizing activist.She works with women of color who want to reclaim their power and intuition through the lens of a spiritual, joyful, and sustainable path. Her studies have spanned from reading the Japji Sahib since she was three, to over 700 hours of yogic training within the traditions of Raja, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Prenatal Yoga.

The second half will focus on asanas and a discussion session, which will be led by MyYogaTeacher yoga instructor Trupti Parikh, who is certified in Pranayama, Hatha, and atended the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition from IINS in New York.
