PALO ALTO, CA — The Palo Alto Art Center is hosting a special exhibition through August 10 called RESTART.

The exhibition, the art center’s first juried show in more than a decade, features works from 44 artists in Northern California. The pieces explore art’s potential to promote healing and regeneration.

The art center will hold a free opening reception Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
