$3 Shrimp Street Tacos - One-Day Only: Rubio's In Rolling Hills
The deal for the Ancho Po-Boy Shrimp Street Taco, part of menu-collab, line-up with celeb chef Richard Blais, is Wednesday, July 7.
ROLLING HILLS ESTATES, CA — Promoting its summertime, street taco line-up, created by SoCal restaurateur and celeb chef Richard Blais, Rubio's is offering a $3 one-day deal for its "Ancho Po-Boy Shrimp Street Taco" — roughly $1.50 off its regular price — at the Rolling Hills Estates locale and restaurants nearby.
Inspired by New Orleans' culinary scene, Blais, a Bravo "Top Chef" and recurring judge on TV cooking show "Guy's Grocery Games," crafted the Ancho Po-Bay, along with the Hawaiian-inspired "Hula Hula Carnitas Taco" and the "Blaised & Glazed Crispy Chicken Taco," a Buffalo chicken twist, for the chain's "Adventure-Inspired Street Tacos" menu.
The Ancho Po-Boy features flash-fried, ancho-lime shrimp with Cajun aioli, on a warm flour tortilla, with cabbage, salsa fresca and lime.

Interested diners need to show the coupon, posted here, to get the discount at the local restaurant and at Rubio's throughout California. When ordering online at Rubios.com or through the app, use coupon code POBOY. Offer is for one coupon per guest, but the number of Ancho Po-Boys ordered is unlimited. So enjoy!
Founded in 1983 in San Diego as a walk-up, food stand by then-college student Ralph Rubio, who became hooked on fish tacos after frequent trips to Mexico, the Rubio's chain now boasts a menu that still includes its Original Fish Tacos, plus grilled seafood options, along with steak and chicken served in tacos, salads, bowls and burritos.

The street tacos collaboration launched in early summer between Rubio and Blais, a restaurateur behind Juniper & Ivy in San Diego's Little Italy, Crack Shack, with locales in Encinitas, San Diego and Costa Mesa, and Flip Burger Boutiques in the Southern U.S.
