80s-Themed Benefit And More Concerts Near Palos Verdes

Here's a round-up of live music in LA County this week, including Strange 80s 2 featuring Fall Out Boy, No Doubt, Slipknot, and more.

PALOS VERDES, CA – There are a ton of great shows to catch this week in Los Angeles County, and we've gathered a list of live music from twenty of the county's top music venues for this week's round-up. From blues, to throwbacks, to indie rock, and electronic, there's something for everyone to see.

One event happening this week is Strange 80s 2, the second annual benefit concert presented by Charity Bomb. Strange 80s 2 will feature performances by Marc Maron and Dean Delray, along with members of No Doubt, Fall Out Boy, Slipknot, Sum41, Slayer, Judas Priest, Bowling For Soup, *NSYNC, Eagles of Death Metal, Velvet Revolver, OK Go, Sugarcult, Filter, Rob Zombie, The Offspring, The Regrettes, and more.

In addition to a full concert, Strange 80s 2 will feature an arcade installation of authentic 80s video games, and opportunities for fans to compete with artists in their favorite 80s video arcade game, to be projected onto the backdrop for the whole venue to watch during set change-overs, according to the press release. Throughout the evening, fans can bid on a variety of donated items and experiences, such as rare 80s film props, guitars, and a Ducati motorcycle. Tickets are on sale now here. VIP tickets will include balcony seating, hosted bar, after-party admission and a Strange 80s t-shirt. All proceeds will go to 320 Changes Direction , serving those who suffer from mental health, depression and addiction issues.
