The 66th Portuguese Bend National Horse Show will be held September 6-8 at Ernie Howlett Park in Rolling Hills Estates. Hosted by the Peninsula Committee Children’s Hospital (PCCH), all proceeds will support Children's Hospital Los Angeles. For three days, this nationally rated Horse Show offers a wide variety of classes, including the prestigious PCHA Horsemanship Medal Finals, the $10,000 Harman Jr.-A/O Jumper Classic, the $15,000 Seahorse Jumper Classic and 2 -$2500 Hunt & Go Derbies, plus $5000 in Winning Trainer Awards. The weekend’s activities will include a hometown atmosphere with food booths, boutique and fun for children, including magic shows, pony rides and face painting.
