Landslide Road Repairs Planned In Rancho Palos Verdes

RANCHO PALOS VERDES, CA — Drivers in Rancho Palos Verdes can expect road repairs in the landslide area starting Wednesday.

The work will be along Palos Verdes Drive South and is expected to end no later than Friday, according to city officials. Work starts at 8 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. daily.

"Work to repair the road is needed due to continuing landslide movement in the area," city officials said.

Drivers should anticipate delays and plan accordingly, city officials said.

"If you must drive through the landslide area during these times, please proceed slowly and obey traffic control at the site," city officials said. "As always, consider an alternative route to avoid delays. Thank you for your patience."
