RANCHO PALOS VERDES, CA — Drivers in Rancho Palos Verdes can expect some possible delays Friday while workers repair the road, city officials said.
A contractor for the city of Rancho Palos Verdes will repair the guardrails along Hawthorne Boulevard, between Dupre Drive to Vallon Drive, beginning Monday.
Work starts at 9 a.m. and ends by 3 p.m.

"Anticipate minor delays as the southbound number one lane will be closed," city officials said.
"If you must drive through this area during these times, please proceed slowly, yield to workers, and obey traffic control at the site. As always, consider an alternative route to avoid any delays. Thank you for your patience. For questions, please call Public Works at 310-544-5252.
