PALOS VERDES, CA — The following is the most recent Lomita Sheriff's Station crime blotter for the Palos Verdes Peninsula.

Rancho Palos Verdes

BURGLARY

  • Business - Jan. 20-22 - 329000 block of South Western Avenue
    • A safe with cash inside was stolen from a business in Rancho Palos Verdes, authorities said. According to deputies, the front glass door was shattered. No additional information about the incident was available.
  • Vehicle - Jan. 20-21 - 30000 block of Cartier Drive
    • An espresso machine was stolen from inside a truck authorities said. The car's lock was damaged and the suspect is unknown, according to deputies.
  • Residential - Jan. 24 - 26000 block of Grayslake Road
    • A bike was stolen from an open garage, authorities said. No additional information was available.

  • Package - Jan. 26 - 1900 block of Jaybrook Drive
    • A woman was seen leaving a residential location with another person's package, deputies said. The suspect was described as a 30-year-old white woman with long brown hair and wearing a brown crop top and light blue shorts.

GRAND THEFT

  • Attempt - Jan. 20-21 - 2000 block of Toscanini Drive
    • The rear passenger window of a car was shattered, but nothing was stolen according to authorities. No additional information was available.
  • Auto - Jan. 23 - 2000 block of Redondela Drive
    • Two suspects allegedly stole a red 2018 Chevrolet Camaro Coupe, authorities said. The suspects were seen leaving the location in a silver 2009-2013 Toyota Corolla.
  • Auto - Jan. 24 - 5000 block of Silver Arrow Drive
    • A white 2021 Dodge Durango Hellcat was reported stolen, according to deputies. No additional information was available.

  • Assault - Jan. 24 - 27000 block of Hawthorne Boulevard
    • An assault was reported in Rolling Hills Estates, deputies said. The suspect was described as a Black man in his 20s with red pants and white shoes. He was seen leaving the location in a blue 2009 Mercedes ML Series SUV.
