In honor of the Year of the Dragon, the Tai Ji Men Qigong Academy delighted audiences with captivating cultural performances at Suzanne Park on February 17. Following this, the celebration continued at its academy in Walnut, where attendees were enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, enjoying delectable food and engaging in enlightening conversations.

During the gathering, Jason, a dedicated member of Tai Ji Men, shared his inspiring journey. Having relocated from Taiwan to California years ago, Jason now serves as a senior manager at a high-tech company in Silicon Valley, California. Despite the daily pressures, Jason has found solace and strength through the practice of Tai Ji Men Qigong. This ancient art has equipped him with the vitality and wisdom to manage stress and overcome challenges effectively. His wife and two daughters also joined Tai Ji Men, which has become a cornerstone of familial unity, offering not only physical and mental well-being but also invaluable life lessons in maintaining equilibrium across professional and personal spheres.

Similarly, Clare, who is about to graduate from Harvard University, attests to the transformative influence of Tai Ji Men Qigong in her life's journey. As she navigates the rigorous demands of academia and personal growth, Tai Ji Men provides a sanctuary, easing stress and nurturing harmony within her family dynamic. With her entire family embracing qigong practice at Tai Ji Men, they find common ground and shared experiences, facilitating open communication and deepening familial bonds, transcending geographical distances. Tai Ji Men is an international, non-profit cultural organization dedicated to cultural preservation and the promotion of the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of people worldwide. Starting in the year 2000, Dr. Hong, Tao-Tze, the head of Tai Ji Men, established two Tai Ji Men Academies in California. In October 2023, Dr. Hong hosted the inauguration of two more new academies, one in Santa Clara and the other in Pasadena.

Over an extended period, Dr. Hong has led members of Tai Ji Men and the Federation of World Peace and Love to take on self-funded tours across six continents to promote a culture of peace rooted in love and conscience. Dr. Hong played a pivotal role in the United Nations’ adoption of the International Day of Conscience and received the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award from the office of President Joe Biden in March 2023. This award recognized the 1.2 million hours that Dr. Hong and members of the Federation of World Peace and Love have dedicated to the nation.
