Authorities ID Motorcyclist Who Died In Redondo Beach Crash

One motorcyclist was killed and another was critically injured in the crash on Aviation Boulevard over the weekend.

REDONDO BEACH, CA — Authorities identified a motorcyclist Wednesday who was killed in a crash in Redondo Beach that left another motorcyclist injured over the weekend.

Albert Partida, 44, of Lawndale and another motorcylist were traveling south in the 1700 block of Aviation Boulevard when both bikes crashed about 12:05 a.m. Saturday.

Partida died at a hospital, according to the coroner's office and the Redondo Beach Police Department.

The cause of the accident was under investigation.
