REDONDO BEACH, CA — Beach Cities Health District and BeachLife Festival will host a livestream this month with musical performances and tips on how to handle these challenging times.

The Bravery Livestream will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. March 25. The live, virtual event will be hosted by Petros Papadakis with music performances from Kevin Sousa and Latch Key Kid.

The livestream will also feature special guests as well as tools and tips for bravery while living in the pandemic.

"Bravery is not only doing brave things it is appreciating the bravery you already possess," Sousa said. "What are your strengths? What have you done in the past to get where you are now. Reflect on where you are, how you got here and where you want to go from here."
