REDONDO BEACH, CA — Local entrepreneurs are aiming to redefine the seafood dining experience with the grand opening of Salt & Pearl in the heart of Riviera Village in Redondo Beach.

The building used to house the King Harbor Brewing Company, which closed in 2022. Owners Mickey Mance and Justin Essman said their goal is to bring a culinary renaissance to the South Bay.

"We have strived to pay attention to every little detail from the cultivated music program in which we hand-selected each song, to the dramatic yet welcoming décor and design, and last but certainly not least to the innovation and quality in the bar and food programs. I think more important than all of these combined is the level of service you will encounter and the experience that will be offered which truly is the heartbeat of our team culture." Essman said.
