ESCONDIDO, CA — Children and families can have fun while learning during Science & Engineering Night at San Diego Children's Discovery Museum in Escondido.

The after-hours event, which takes place from 5-7:30 p.m. Saturday, will feature hands-on science, technology, reading, engineering, art and math activities. The event will give children ages 4 and older early exposure to STREAM education.

"Our STREAM-focused events not only offer families the chance to develop essential skills in STREAM education but also cultivate a deep fascination with subjects ranging from robotics to nanoparticles," said Whitney Raser, director of education at San Diego Children's Discovery Museum. "This occasion serves as an excellent opportunity for children to explore science in a way that fuels their curiosity and imagination."
