Lumina Announces San Francisco Penthouse Releases

From Pike & Company: Tishman Speyer’s LUMINA has released two double-height penthouses to market for the first time. Each penthouse boasts living spaces with 18-foot ceilings and an expansive outdoor space.

The penthouse homes are the only custom-shell opportunities for prospective buyers to experience living at the top of LUMINA’s tallest tower. Starting at $13.5M, the homes are largest residential offerings available in LUMINA’s luxury community.
