Marin Hosts Virtual Job Fair Next Week
Marin County is looking to hire people to work in local government, with dozens of openings open across multiple departments.
MARIN COUNTY, CA — North Bay job seekers will have an opportunity next week to learn more about openings across Marin County's 22 departments. The county will host a virtual career fair on Wednesday, Sept. 27, to showcase the career paths available within local government.
"Looking for a new, rewarding career that provides competitive salaries and great benefits?" the county asked in a news release. "Working for local government provides chances to support the community, improve quality of life, and secure the well-being of residents. County of Marin employees overwhelmingly report a feeling that their work is meaningful and enjoyable."
The county employs more than 3,000 workers, including at the sheriff's office, fire department, parks department, and various other public service departments, with dozens of job openings available.
