Postal Service Hiring This Month In San Rafael

SAN RAFAEL, CA — The U.S. Postal Service is looking to fill nearly a thousand openings across the Bay Area this summer and will host a series of hiring events in the coming days and weeks.

The summer hiring push includes upcoming summer career fairs planned at post offices in San Francisco, San Jose, San Rafael, San Mateo and Palo Alto. Staffers at each event will help guide jobseekers through the application process, answer their questions, and finalize their submissions.

The hundreds of job openings include positions for clerks and mail handlers at processing centers, mail carriers in city and rural locations, tractor-trailer drivers, mechanics, custodians and vehicle techs.
