From 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. guests can cut a rug with LA Love Band and dancers from Arthur Murray Santa Monica, delight in sleight of hand with entertainer Tom Frank, and enjoy snapping vintage-style photos. Conservancy docents in vintage attire will evoke Marion’s Hollywood circle and Davies’ biographer Lara Fowler offers insight into Marion’s life at the 1928 Julia Morgan designed Guest House. New to this year’s annual event is a group photo of costumed guests and a cakewalk.

At 1:30 p.m. a bubbly toast will cap the interactive portion of the event. At 2 p.m. the Guest House will close, the festivities conclude, and guests will move to the Event House where film historian Elaina Friedrichsen will introduce the 1933 MGM film Peg o' My Heart produced by and starring Marion Davies.
