Celebrate Thanksgiving With Festive Ferris Wheel Light Show

LA's only admission-free amusement park, Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier kicks off the holiday week with an impressive show.

SANTA MONICA, CA — Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier is kicking off the holiday week with an impressive light show that features a 90-foot-tall Thanksgiving turkey on the iconic Ferris wheel.

The whole show will include sparkling yellow and orange lights, dancing turkeys and fun harvest themes.

"This harvest festival is a time for people to give thanks for the bounty of the season," a pier representative said.

The light show will begin showing on Nov. 21 at sunset each day until Thanksgiving and will run until midnight. Festivities will be live-streamed for those who won't be able to make it to the pier in person.

Guests can look forward to visiting LA's only admission-free amusement park and the world's only solar-powered Ferris wheel that features 16.7 million color value combinations.
