Each day, more and more Americans are receiving their Covid-19 vaccination. To offer Santa Monica residents and the surrounding community with a safe vaccination location, Steve Farzam and his team at Shore Hotel have worked hard to open up a vaccination site.

The Shore hotel team has played a crucial role in combating the pandemic so far. They have successfully run a testing site along with the help of healthcare professionals since December of 2020. Now they are ready to shift their focus to vaccinating up to 4,000 patients daily. Steve Farzam and his team have taken great care in ensuring medical staff are trained in all required areas for immunization and all certifications are up to date. This includes but is not limited to CAIP, CalVax, PrepMod, and MyTurn.

The vaccination team is ready to serve the greater Santa Monica area and surrounding communities. Accessing the facility is straightforward, with a drive less than 30 minutes from major urban centers. The Shore Hotel is also located right at the end of the Metro Expo Line, offering access points from Downtown LA, all the way to South Bay. In between, there are several stops ensuring that the hotel will be able to provide equitable care to all LA neighborhoods. On-site, there are plenty of places to park as well.

The Shore Hotel serves as a controlled and ideal location to receive a vaccination. The facility can operate 24 hours a day and run on emergency generators if needed. Additionally, Shore Hotel is ADA compliant, and all staff have the capability to communicate with an on-demand language service that can translate 240 languages. Vaccines are stored in a safe area with a specific protocol to monitor vaccine temperatures twice daily. Shore hotel has the storage capability for all vaccines currently available.
