Why do you believe the local hero should be recognized or honored?

Bus Drivers have the responsibility of ensuring our precious children are safely transported to and from school. This type of responsibility is not easy to take on - it carries a high liability. These drivers are committed, responsible, and diligently work on building trust and interact professionally with children, parents, and school staff. Without fail, a child boasting about the interaction had with the bus driver brings a smile to the parents.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the local hero?

They are hard workers: rise extremely early to perform an extremely responsible job.
