Suspect On Loose After Shooting Near I-25 In Colorado Springs
Roads in the area of I-25 and West Bijou Street are closed to the public while authorities investigate, police said.
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO — Police are still searching for a suspect following a shooting that happened near Interstate 25 and West Bijou Street in Colorado Springs on Friday.
According to Colorado Springs police, roads in the area are closed as authorities and multiple K-9 units search for the suspected gunman. The public is encouraged to avoid the area, police said.
The incident is not considered an active shooter situation, police said.
