Sports Performance Training - Yoga for Teen Athletes

Specifically designed for the teenage athlete!

Prevent injury, enhance performance, play longer, and maximize potential. Follow in the footsteps of the fittest, most successful athletes on the planet. Yoga facilitates proper posture and alignment, enhances circulation, boosts mood and concentration, improves muscle flexibility, fosters balance and enhances strength. Stay in the game! Be unstoppable. Class for teenagers 13-19 years old. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

Mondays, 4:45-5:45pm. Session 1: May 2nd – 23rd. Session 2: June 6th – 27th. Fee $50/session. Branford Recreation Department. Register by calling (203) 488-8304 or online @ www.branfordrecreation.org
