CT Power Outages Town-By-Town: Less Than 1,000 Without Power

CONNECTICUT — Less than a thousand are still without power just before the start of the business day on Friday, as the state continues to dry off from the remnants of Hurricane Ida which blew through on Wednesday.

Almost everyone saw between 3-7 inches of rain, and some areas received more than eight inches, according to the National Weather Service. Several flood warnings remain in effect Thursday.

Eversource is reporting 927 customers in the dark, while United Illuminating still has 62 homes and businesses in the dark. (See below for town-by-town rain totals).
