As the second largest early childhood education provider in Connecticut, CLC has been a leader in developing and implementing high-quality and affordable early childhood education and care programs since 1902. <ul><li>Current CDA (Child Development Associate &ndash; Preschool or Infant Toddler Setting), and/or</li><li>12 credits specific to *Early Childhood Education, or</li><li>CT 30 credit *Early Childhood Certificate</li></ul>
Experience in a Head Start or NAEYC Accredited program not required, but preferred.&nbsp; 
Head Teacher - Preschool&nbsp;(&nbsp;$21.85 - $26.81 Hourly) 
<ul><li>Bachelor or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, or</li><li>Bachelor or Associate degree including 36 or 30 credits specific to *Early Childhood Education, with</li><li>Minimum one (1) year supervisory experience</li></ul>
*Note: Specific to Early Childhood is defined as coursework inclusive of &ldquo;Birth&rdquo;, &ldquo;Nursery&rdquo;, and/or &ldquo;Pre-K&rdquo;. Coursework excluding Early Childhood, &ldquo;K&rdquo;, &ldquo;Elementary&rdquo;, &ldquo;Secondary&rdquo;, cannot be considered for education requirements. Credentials accepted are Connecticut&rsquo;s Early Childhood Teacher Credential (ECTC), Praxis #113, #112, #065, #001, #002, #003, or #008.
