Eatery Boasting 'Light, Fresh, Delicious' Fare To Open In Danbury

DANBURY, CT — Boost Bowls will open its fourth and fifth franchises in Danbury and Mystic. The eatery currently has locations in Bethel, Newtown, and West Hartford.

Boost Bowls offers "handcrafted, build your own smoothie bowls" in flavors like acai, avocado, banana, and pitaya. It also offers juice cleanses and protein shakes.

The Danbury and Mystic locations will open in 2024.

"We can't wait to bring the Boost Bowls Franchise to even more people and share our passion for mindful, delicious eating with the world," Tatiana Mehmeti, Boost Bowls co-owner, said in a statement.

Boost Bowls pitches itself as "a wholesome destination for the young at heart—a place where free spirits can find great food, good company, and endless inspiration." The company opened its flagship location in Newtown eight years ago.
