New Fairfield/Immaculate Keeps Top 10 Spot In Boys Hockey Poll

The top five teams remained intact and a pair of Division II programs cracked the state's top 10 in the latest poll of coaches and media.

NEW FAIRFIELD-DANBURY, CT — The top five teams from last week's boys ice hockey poll remained intact in the latest balloting of coaches and media members, with one program cracking the top 10 for the first time this season.

Ridgefield was again the unanimous top choice of all 14 voters, with Darien, Northwest Catholic, Hamden and Notre Dame-West Haven comprising the rest of the top five.

The New Fairfield/Immaculate co-op kept its position from last week, placing ninth in the most recent balloting.

Here are the top 10, with last week's ranking in parentheses, as well as all other programs collecting votes.
