DANBURY, CT — Graduation is a major milestone and deserves to be celebrated! That's why Patch and T-Mobile have teamed up to recognize our community's outstanding 2024 graduates.

This submission comes from Antoinette Rocco who nominated her son Dominick, who is graduating Western Connecticut State University.

He’s completing college at 26 after taking a break from school due to the tragic loss of one of his dearest friends. He has worked very hard to pay for his own education and is graduating this Mother’s Day, May 12th with his four-year degree. We are so proud of him.

That he’s an outstanding young man and a hard worker. He is a soccer coach for Connecticut Rush. He will be pursuing his career in cybersecurity upon graduating and continuing to coach youth and high school Soccer. He was born in Danbury, and has always resided here.
