CONNECTICUT — A powerful nor'easter dropped nearly two feet of snow on eastern parts of the state Saturday and blizzard conditions were confirmed in New London County, according to reports from the National Weather Service.

Now that the snow is over, our next big weather story is the brutally cold wind chill readings. It may feel like 10 below zero Sunday.

As for what's already on the ground, reports have been coming in all Saturday from both NWS stations and Patch readers.
