Louis “Louie” Paolillo, 89, of East Haven, retired after 30 years, in 1981 from Cott Beverage, where he worked as the vending manager and could always be found helping his son, Alphonse, at his business, Branford Auto Center.

Tara Mongillo-Martins, 51, of East Haven, was the Director of Operations of Carefree Boat Club at Cedar Island Marina in Clinton for many years when she would meet her future husband, Eric, whom she married March 22, 2022 and were known as the “pirate and the mermaid."
