ENFIELD, CT — The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider two applications at its meeting 7 p.m. Thursday, June 13 at the Council Chambers.

On the agenda is a proposal for a site plan change of use for a tattoo parlor, formerly a medical office. The applicant is Johnny Orozco Vazquez.

Under old business, at Shaker Road and North Maple Street, is a proposal for construction of an indoor self-storage facility with associated site improvements. The applicant is Mark Polek.

According to a staff report, "This is an application to construct a new self storage facility on what is currently cleared farmland. The 6.47 ac. site is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Shaker Rd and North Maple St. The proposal entails the construction of 10 self storage buildings inclusive of an office, with associated improvements."
