Fred Maerkle will be substituting on Aug 29, 2024 for Bradford W. Tilden’s bi-weekly Sound Healing events.
In this event, we will work with the clearing and balancing of our Chakras to rejuvenate the energetic flow within ourselves. Fred Maerkle will utilize his rainbow crystal Chakra singing bowls and Chakra mantra toning, (as well as various other sound tools), to facilitate clearing, healing, and balancing of the Chakras.
Please bring your own chair or yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bolster, and anything else you would need to make yourself comfortable. There are mats and blankets to borrow and a few cushy chairs to sit on if you cannot be on the floor (first come first served).
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
