FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for July 30 - Aug. 12, 2024, as provided by the Farmington Police Department.

All charges are allegations, not convictions.

Aug. 1

Thanh Chi Pham, 38, of Babcock Street, Hartford, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and fifth-degree larceny at 8:26 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 7.

Pablo Feliciano, 44, of Francis Street, New Britain, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance; failure to notify DMV of a change of address; evading responsibility for injury/property damage; and following too closely at 7:50 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 7.

Felipe Santiago, 51, of Camp Street, New Britain, was charged with two counts of violation of a protective order and criminal violation of a restraining order at 8:58 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 2.

Aug. 6

Dawn Renee Polking, 55, of Pequabuck Lane, Farmington, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction at 1:55 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 14.

Aug. 8

Derrick Derrei Adams, 37, of Belden Street, New Britain, was charged with two counts of second-degree harassment at 7:06 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 8

Aug. 9

Carlos Magdiel Pesquera-Sanchez, 30, of Hughes Street, Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary; possession of burglar tools; third-degree larceny; and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny at 9:57 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 20.

Jayden Rick Rivera, 19, of Grove Street, New Britain, was charged with third-degree stangulation/suffocation; second-degree breach of peace; and risk of injury to a child at 9 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 20.

Aug. 10

Carlota Ocampo Henao, 69, of Harvard Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 8:16 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 21.

Jennifer L. Succi, 35, of Perry Street, Farmington, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 2:12 a.m. She will appear in court Aug. 21.

Aug. 11

Michael Dander, 29, of West Road, Colchester, was charged with violation of traffic control signals; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 12:22 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 20.

Aug. 12

Alexis Torres, 31, of Saint James Place, Manhattan, N.Y., was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to yield the right of way at 11:22 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 21.
