Farmington resident to perform at coffeehouse in Vernon on June 7

Carl Therriault is a songwriter, composer, singer, acoustic guitarist and plays harmonica

Farmington resident Carl Therriault will be the guest solo performer at Jacob's Well Christian Coffeehouse on Friday, June 7. Doors will open at 7 p.m. and the live music will begin at 7:30 p.m. The coffeehouse will be held at The Oasis, a cozy renovated 1800s storefront adjacent to Union Church at 3 Elm Street in the historic Rockville section of Vernon. Admission and refreshments are free.

Therriault grew up in the Forestville section of Bristol, graduating from Bristol Central High School. After an initial career in manufacturing, he migrated into a long-time career in the insurance industry. His Christian music performance journey began when he was a member of a local band named Broken Chains that played at JesusFest at the Tolland County Agricultural Center in the early 2000s. He has been active in the local Christian music scene ever since as a songwriter, composer, singer and acoustic guitarist. He also plays the harmonica.
