Of the nine licensed locations, two were found to be in violation of the statute regarding sale of tobacco to minors. The offending employee at each was issued an infraction, which carries a $200 fine.

The license holder at each will also be referred to the Department of Revenue Services for additional administrative sanctions.

The establishments in violation were Food Bag (6 Hartford Ave.) and Cumberland Farms (19 Hartford Ave.).
