The Hamden Art League will host CT artist Betsy Barry at 7 pm on Sept 10, 2024, as she demonstrates "Drawing Nature in Colored Pencil" from a still life of a mussel and an oyster shell. Learn how Betsy strives to connect the viewers of her artwork to the simple, beautiful things growing and living around us. Recently, her drawing of Grapes was accepted and shown through the Society of Botanical Artists Show “Plantae 2024”.
