HARTFORD, CT — A Hartford resident recently won $30,000 in the Connecticut Lottery.

Rosa Cortez of Hartford bought her winning 30X Cash 9th Edition ticket at Stop & Save LLC in New Britain, according to the Connecticut Lottery, and cashed it in on Friday.
