LEDYARD, CT — Two workers at Foxwoods Resort Casino recently tested positive for COVID-19, according to The Day. The two testing positive are members of the Local 2121 union representing table-game dealers at the casino and are the first cases at Foxwoods in about two months.

According to a post on Saturday from the union: "The Union immediately notified management [about the positive tests] and has begun to aid in the contact tracing process. Our affected members have graciously aided in this process by providing names of those they have come in contact with for more than 15 minutes so that we can have management contact them so they can self-quarantine if deemed appropriate."

A Mohegan Sun official said it has had "a small number" of cases among employees since July, according to The Day.
