Center for Financial Training Honors Ledyard Chelsea Groton Bank Employees

GROTON, CT – The Center for Financial Training (CFT) recently honored 12 Chelsea Groton Bank employees during the annual graduation and awards ceremony.

“The Center for Financial Training offers courses of study in a range of topics that suit the individual interests of each employee,” Assistant Vice President Denise Stapienski said in a release. “At Chelsea Groton, we encourage employees to pursue continual education courses because we’ve found it benefits the employee, and in turn, improves the customer experience.
