Foxwoods Brings Back More Dining Options
The phased reopening of Foxwoods is adding more dining and entertainment options for casino-goers.
LEDYARD, CT — Foxwoods Resort Casino is continuing reopening more restaurants along with its HighFlyer Zipline. Reopening restaurants include Cedars Steaks & Oysters and the Hard Rock Cafe.
The casino has adopted safety protocols including mandatory masks and temperature checks for both patrons and employees.
Cedars Steaks & Oysters reopened Thursday, August 6 and will have regular hours of Thursday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

The HighFlyer Zipline reopened Friday and will have regular hours of noon to 8 p.m. Friday to Sunday.
The Hard Rock Cafe also reopened Friday and will have regular hours of Friday through Sunday from noon to 10 p.m.

“As we continue to bring back more of the experiences guests have come to know and love, Foxwoods Resort Casino provides the ultimate destination for anyone looking for a local getaway,” Jason Guyot, Foxwoods’ Interim CEO & SVP of Resort Operations, said in a statement. “As part of our commitment to providing an unmatched guest experience in today’s world, we are carefully evaluating each experience as we reopen and adding safety precautions where necessary to maintain a healthy environment for all.”
Candy shop Sugar Factory and bar Centrale also recently reopened at Foxwoods.
The casino began reopening June 1. An employee at the casino tested positive for COVID-19 last month.
