How Many Ledyard Residents Received Coronavirus Vaccine So Far?
State health officials released data for the first time which shows how many residents in each town have been vaccinated for COVID-19.
LEDYARD, CT — According to the state Department of Public Health, a total of 1,208 Ledyard residents have received their first dose of the coronavirus vaccine.
There are 14,621 Ledyard residents and 8 percent of them have received their first dose. Ledyard has 777 residents over the age of 75 and 445 of them have received their first dose or 57 percent, according to state health officials.
Since the pandemic began in March, Ledyard has reported 779 cases and 10 deaths.
