Tavern Night is this Saturday at the Hempsted Houses

Share and critique samples of interesting brews with brewer Michael Langlois this Saturday, Oct. 3, from 5-7 p.m. at the Hempsted Houses.
Learn how locals made this much-enjoyed beverage in colonial times. Langlois started one of the beers in August over the hearth in the site’s 1759 Nathaniel Hempsted House.
He has years of experiencing with brewing and gained attention this summer for launching a popular home-brew program at StoneRidge in Mystic.
