NORWALK, CT — A Norwalk resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket at a local business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

On Tuesday, the resident purchased a winning "KENO" ticket at Crossroads Card and Gift in Norwalk and won $10,400, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
