Fred A. Messore, SVP, represented the Buyer, Precision X-Ray in the purchase of a 41,718 SF Light Industrial Building on 4 acres at 14 New Road, Madison, CT for $2,125,000. The Seller, Stone Heron, LLC was represented by John Keogh of Colliers International.
The Buyer’s attorney was R. Eugene Torrenti from Hamden, CT; the Seller’s attorney was Brenton Elliot with Jacoby, Case & Sperazini, P.C. in Milford, CT. The Seller, 112 Central, LLC was represented by Joe Fassone and Dan Ferrioulo with William Raveis. The Buyer’s attorney was Paul Kaplan in New Haven, CT; the attorney for the Seller was Edwin Farrow in Bridgeport, CT.
