Orange Commons Plaza Retail Property Leased

CLINTON, CT — A Parkway Plaza, Inc., 2,000-square-foot retail unit located in Orange Commons Plaza has been leased, according to a release from Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc.

The property at 297 Boston Post Road was leaded to R&R Supplements dba Foundation for a five-year lease term.

A 3,800-square-foot Clinton mixed-use investment property was also recently sold.

Richetelli represented the seller, Liberato Pelosi, in the sale of 120 E. Main St. in Clinton. The multi-tenant property was sold for $575,000. The buyer, Matt Hikmet Sahintepe, was represented by Jacqueline Hoyt of Coldwell Banker Realty in East Lyme. The seller’s attorney was Norman Fishbein in Wallingford.
