RIDGEFIELD, CT — A Ridgefield resident bought a winning lottery ticket, in Norwalk.

On Nov. 3, a Ridgefield resident identified by the Connecticut State Lottery only as "Roger V" purchased a winning lottery ticket from Amg Retail in Norwalk. The lucky winner played 10X™ Cash 17th Edition, which paid out $10,000.
