Ridgefield’s Easter Week Weather Forecast

There's some big, good changes to the weather when compared to last week. Here's the latest details.

What a difference a week makes. Interior sections of Connecticut could see 80 degrees this week and it really feels like spring has arrived for the first time this year. Connecticut will see plenty of sunshine this week and there is only a couple of chances for some rain showers in the forecast.

Last week the state was bombarded with several rain storms but this week it looks like if we see some rain it will be during the day on Wednesday and possibly late Saturday night. However, the Easter Sunday weather forecast looks pretty good with sunny skies expected though there could be a few showers early before clearing occurs.

WTNH News 8 Meteorologist Gil Simmons wrote,” Please get ready for some great weather today! Sunshine with high temperatures in the 60s and 70s. It will be colder near Long Island sound. More nice weather tomorrow! Some spotty rain expected on Wednesday. Back to decent weather Thursday Friday and Saturday!”
