Ridgefield Summer Fest and Music & Art in the Park will transform the town on Saturday.

RIDGEFIELD, CT —Main Street in Ridgefield will be closed between Prospect and Governor from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 29, for Ridgefield Summer Fest.

The annual family-friendly event is presented by the Chamber of Commerce, working with the Downtown Ridgefield Merchants and Ridgefield Arts Council.

Summer Fest will include street vendors, sidewalk sales, Circus Moves in the park (noon to 4 p.m.) touch-a-truck at Lounsbury House and more for adults and children.

Also on Saturday: The Ridgefield Arts Council will present Music & Art in the Park at Ballard Park, from noon to 5 p.m. Local musicians perform throughout the day and visual artists will have their work on display.
