Simsbury Town Hall Parking Lot Getting Massive Makeover

SIMSBURY, CT — Starting next week, access to Simsbury Town Hall's parking lot will be limited, as the town is starting a paving project to resurface the full lot.

Work is expected to begin on Monday, July 15, and end on July 26 at Simsbury Town Hall, 933 Hopmeadow St.

Town officials said all of the existing asphalt will be removed in preparation for paving the following week.

During the two weeks, the town hall will have limited parking for resident use only and parking spaces may not be ADA-compliant during construction.

"Please continue to follow all delineated pavement markings, traffic cones, caution tape, etc. You will want to avoid these areas while we are actively working in them," wrote the Town of Simsbury.

"We appreciate all of your patience and cooperation during this disruptive renovation."
